Eternal 9 Day Novena of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen!

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your believers, light the fire of your love in them. Send your Spirit, and everything will be created! And you will restore the face of the earth! 

Let us pray: O God, you who taught your believers by shining their souls with the light of the Holy Spirit, do that we too, helped by the same Spirit, know how to distinguish what is right and once again rejoice in consolations of His. Through Christ, our Lord. Amen!

Oh Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee! 3x

Let us pray: O God, Jesus Christ, you wanted your Mother, the Blessed Virgin, from the beginning Immaculate, to be celebrated with countless miracles. May we always pray for its protection, so that we can reach the blessed life. Through Christ, our Lord. Amen!

O God, Jesus Christ, You have chosen what is weakness before the world, with your perfect works, you have made it so that no one can be glorified before you and you wanted to reveal to sister Catherine Laboure the Miraculous Medal, which in this way, may faith in the Immaculate Virgin of your Mother spread everywhere. If we ask you, give us the grace to celebrate this mystery with words and deeds, full of humility. Amen!

Let me remind you, O merciful Virgin Mary, that it has never been heard that someone, who turned to have your protection, or sought your support, was abandoned. Driven by this hope, O Virgin of virgins, O my Mother, I come before you, groaning under the burden of my sins and kneeling at your feet. O Mother of the Incarnate Word, do not despise my prayers, listen kindly and deign to accept them. Amen!

O most holy Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus and our Mother, without limit and hardness, we believe in your intercession through the Miraculous Medal. As beloved children, full of faith, we pray that you give us and all those whom we entrust, the graces and favors that we are asking for, if it is for the benefit of our immortal souls. (There is a little silence here, so that everyone can think about the purpose for which they want to offer this prayer).

You know that our souls must be a pure temple of your Son, because He hates every sin, so give us the grace to have a hatred for sin and purity of heart, so that every thought, word and deed of ours live in the honor and glory of God. Give us the spirit of prayer and repentance, to accept again what we have lost in sin and finally reach the happiness in which you are, the Queen of angels and people. Amen!

Let us dedicate ourselves to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal:

O Mother of God, Immaculate Virgin, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, we entrust ourselves to you. May the Miraculous Medal be for each of us a true sign of your love and a permanent reminder of our duty to you. Let us remain under your protection and in the grace of your Son while we wear this medal. O Mighty Virgin Mary, Mother of our Redeemer, keep us close to you in all the stages of our life! Mediate for us, your children, the grace of a good death, so that we can enjoy heavenly happiness with you. Amen!

O Mary, my Mother, I dedicate myself to you completely and to show how much I love you, I dedicate my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart and my whole self to you today and forever. Therefore, dear Mother, since I belong to you, you protect and protect me as the property of your heart. Amen!

After we have done the first part of the novena of Pompeii, that is, the novena of the request for 27 consecutive days for a single heart. Saint Anthony of Padua (June 13th) He was born in Lisbon, in Portugal, around the end of the XII century. Accepted as a regular of St. Augustine, shortly after being accepted into the priestly order, he passed among the Friars Minor to devote himself to the evangelization of African peoples.
